The pool was clean and well maintained. Ice machine in good working order. Plenty of free parking. Free coffee in the lobby. This is a no frills hotel with an excellent price. The owners definitely take pride in their property. "

"The check in was so easy and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable (although I prefer a harder mattress) and everything was clean and easily accessible. We're sad that we couldn't stay and enjoy the pool or fitness center, but we did get a delicious breakfast!"

"Check in with Went great. when arriving to room I noticed that the stove was on, but I was unable to turn off. Between the front staff member and myself we worked on it for almost 30 to 45 minutes to get it turned off State. This was a safety hazard for everyone in the building and caused a lot of issues if we was unable to turn off."

The outstanding customer service he provided is well above what's offered at both domestic & international hotels. After 25+ years traveling for work he is easy in the top 1% of front desk staff and deserves an immediate raise in pay. His stellar service is 100% the reason I will recommend Atlanta's Hilton Garden in on Sullivan to all family & friends staying over night."

"The Valet people are very aggressive. It was only 1 of them. I dont know his name but he was very disrespectful and aggressive. He worked all weekend and again i dont know gis bame, however, he was older and wore a vest. He needs customer service training.
