"I stayed a total of four nights. The place was very clean and quiet (my room was towards the back), though the motel was full. I did not rent a car, there were two shuttle pick-up spots within walking distance. In the evening, shuttle drivers would drop me off right by the property when I gave them advanced notice. Very conveniently located. Helen (the owner) is very nice and shared interesting story and useful trip information of the area. I enjoyed my stay there. "

"Very nice, private cottage. Dog friendly, so glad my son could bring his dog. Close to Park and Bar Harbor, far enough to be outside the busy areas. House was clean, had all amenities needed. Would recommend! Thank you!!"

"We had a great time! Apartment was beautiful. The stairs up to apartment were very wobbly. We did not like that. And I wish they would have had local news available on the tv. Please down load the you tube tv app for people to sign into. "

"Our stay was awesome. Our cabin was clean, super comfortable & the innkeepers were helpful with recommendations for dinners & places to put our paddleboards in locally. Our dogs were in heaven w/ the pond & ability to play in the large yard. We’ll be back for sure! "

"This place is only good for sleeping and showering… If you get good water pressure that is. we only booked it because it was one of the cheaper hotels around the area of Acadia. The sheets had old blood stains, the towels had bleach stains, the inside of the hotel was from the 70s. The staff was very nice, but they clearly needed help managing two hotels at the same time. "

"This is a hard review. On Hotels website it looked renovated and cute. Our cabin was anything but that. We didnt complain because it was clean and felt safe but what a dump #8 cabin is. Upon checkout the manager said if we had complained he would moved us to a renovated unit. Too little too late. The location was great while visiting Acadia NP. The pool is under construction too. The manager says Hotels pulled pictures from their website and they were trying to be more transparent. I am not...

"We loved this hotel. The view from our room was wonderful and the pool was great! We also liked that it was away from the more crowded downtown area. Just a great place to relax after Acadia and Bar Harbor! "

"This was a perfect location with just a short visit and one day to explore Acadia National Park. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner down near the water in Bar Harbor and the hotel breakfast was sufficient for our needs. We took a morning swim and everything was so clean and well kept. Such a gorgeous view!! The staff was wonderful"

"This is a great place to stay - affordable and clean and so close to Acadia and Bar Harbor! The staff is amazing and very helpful. And it's so affordable! Would stay here again!!!"
"Fantastic place to stay. Amazing sunsets, an outdoor patio to eat breakfast & look at the water. We went to Acadia/Bar Harbor in the morning & it was about an hour drive. Left 6:30 & the park was pretty empty until 11 am. 2nd day explored Schoodic part of Acadia (down the road/close by). Great continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again! "
