"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever come back to the area I would stay again. "

"Beautiful location with the pond! We enjoyed the walking trails and also walking over to Mountain Market Meats for snacks and for delicious breakfast biscuits. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the terrace, especially in the evening watching the clouds and stars and listening to the frogs. "

"I travel A LOT for business and for pleasure with the wife. This Cranberry Hotel is one of my favorites for a nice long weekend. This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, restaurant/bar right beside it. Centralized for all of the activities around Cheat Lake WV."

Room was large , ckean an quite .Everything worked well . Check in was polite an quick. Breakfast area was ckean and was kept stocked and we enjoyed the chocies for a quick bite to start the day ..i recommend a stay here an will stay here again on our next visit to this area ."

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to sleep. There was no way to control the temperature. We opened the window for the second night and it made it less secure but more tolerable."
