"Although at first I was a bit disappointed to see construction going on at the Holiday InnExpress, I was happy that it did not interfere with my stay or create noise. The pool was fine and the breakfast fairly decent. The room was very clean and maintained well. I was disappointed that the fitness center had machines that were not functioning. But even so it was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel is peaceful and not too far away from shopping and restaurants."

"This is a nice little family owned motel/inn. It only has 10 rooms. The view is amazing and just outside of the city, so no light pollution if you want to look at the stars. The bathroom was very quaint and I loved the rain shower head. My only concern was there was trash under the beds that was not ours and there were some stains on the box spring of the bed. But honestly, we didn't notice that until the very end when we were double checking to make sure we didnt forget anything. This was a one...

"Quick check in. Room was very nice, and big.. Way bigger than I needed, but I enjoyed it. My room was on the first floor, near the lobby, and noise was not an issue. I didn’t get a chance to use the fitness center or swimming pool, but they looked nice. "
