This property has only been owned for 2 weeks by current management. Give them grace! They’ll have issues under control soon."

The room was not updated (expected and OK) but it was also not clean. We went ahead and stayed as we just needed somewhere to sleep and leave the next morning but took showers and washed our things as soon as we got home. Just had the icks the whole time. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express, Albermarle and I can confidently say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home.
The room was spacious, and clean. The amenities were good, especially the pool, which the kids loved.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! The hotel is located near restaurants and shops, another huge benefit. I would stay again. "

It is basic room/hotel with continental breakfast. Not many amenities like a pool or exercise room but we don't need that. "One of the best Motels I've stayed at in a while. The only issues I had is my Key Card was a little hard to use. The Card Reader was a bit hit and miss. And the TV Selection could be better. Also, some channels couldn't be watched due to pixelation. However, I liked my stay well enough that I will be staying there again in August. "
"Staff was awesome from getting me there when I got lost in town to knocking on my door for my wake up call because it wouldn't go through on their end.
Only negative was shower head adjustment didn't work only pulsate, put it on anything else and it sprayed everywhere. It was so late I reported it in the morning and they advised they would have someone look at it.
