"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "
"During my trip to Bangkok, I had booked this hotel two times as I had a very welcoming and comforting stay. The hotel room is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I liked how it had a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, plates, and a wash and the washer. The hotel is in a quiet area, but close enough to places to dine and walking distance to malls. What truly made this stay memorable was the kindness of the entire staff, especially Mr. Q and Miss Pat. Both went out of their way to help me out during my stay. Thank you both and to the rest of the staff for making my stay at your hotel comfortable. I will be returning to the hotel the next time I am in Bangkok."

The only point for us is that the corridor AC machine was out of maintenance and was throwing humid odor in the corridor, but I have already asked them to review."
"This was my first time staying at the Doubletree in Sukhumvit on business travel. What a seamless check-in experience! I had a late check-in, so the warm cookie was a nice touch (especially so after a long day of work!) Great location with just a short 5 min walk to the train station. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet also has a great selection of food. I hope to be back soon :)"

"Front desk staff was very good to get me checked in and up to my room. Room was clean an well equipped. Bed was medium firm and comfortable. Mini frig with bottle water is provided. Larger show with body wash and hair soap is provided. On site restaurant has a breakfast with a mix of Asian and western food. My dinner meal was very good and found the price affordable. Van service to the airport was wonderful. "
