"Very nice and 2 months old hotel. Reached hotel on the Christmas eve during evening and check out on morning.
The next door of the hotel is bar , which have live band very loud and throughout the night. I am not sure was eve or everyday. Totally cannot sleep. However, location and the hotel room itselft are thumb up."

"This hotel is around 3 years old and maintained very well. Ample car parking available on the ground floor right below. Another parking area belonging to the hotel is also available just across the road which is only half full most of the time. Rooms, toilet and floors are squeaky clean. The air condition works very well. Half height fridge available in room. Just next door, between the main road and the hotel, there is a small food center with about 6 or 7 stalls and a small convenience store....

Eftersom ingen i receptionen kunde någon engelska överhuvudtaget, så fick jag leva ostädat !! Det var inge större fel i övrigt, men frukost eller något annat att äta fanns inte i närheten. Ska nog inte boka där fler gånger, då man bör ha tillgång ett fordon. Annars fint område."

"Great Hotel, Great Location
The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean.
Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient.
We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai.

"The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE. But we're not finished yet. Because later that night, I walked down the stairs and found myself tredding in dirty water that stank. After wading through I asked the woman on reception and she just shrugged and said 'pipe from toilet on second flood has burst'... luckily it wasn't actual sewage water, but it was still disgusting. I was meant to stay for seven nights but checked out the next morning. If it hadnt been too late to book another hotel the night before, I wouldn't have spent a single second in this disgusting pit."

The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am."
