"This is the 2nd best hotel I had in Sweden. My room has city view. The reception mgr Victor is “THE BEST”; he may your day better. Help you plan, provide valuable info/suggestions.
Kevin @ the GRAND Italian rooftop restaurant is the BEST waiter I had ever meet.
This is truly an amazing hotel and excellent experience, and world class Service !"
"I spent 2 days at this Hotel, it's conveniently located right opposite the Malmo train station. It's very clean and quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. Nice options for breakfast. If I were to visit again I'll stay here again. I definitely recommend. "
"Very special hotel in a beautiful old barn. All details in the building was carefully rebuildt. Breakfast give us the best start of the day. You get your hot meal special made for every guest from the meny.
Nice and calm place in countryside. "
"Air conditioning! It was extremely hot when we went and we definitely needed that at the end of a long day. Walkable to a lot of things. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was awesome!"
"This property is a bit of a hidden gem in Malmö. Decent rooms, nice facilities, bike usage, laundry, and a very good breakfast buffet. Access via bus is easy from the Hyllie or Triangeln stations. "
"First time in Malmo/Sweden and the hotel was a perfect base for my trip. Very central, a short walk from the Train station and with loads of bus options too. The hotel itself has loads of character, very friendly staff and plenty of breakfast options. During my visit the exterior restoration/renovation was still in progress, but when completed it will be ready for another 150 years of service.
Along with Lila Torg there are a number of other places and the main shopping area on your doorstep."
"Malmö is a lovely city and this hotel is perfectly located in its center. My single room was fairly small, but perfectly comfortable with some nice decorative touches. My only minor gripe is that there was no dedicated shower, but a shower attachment over the bath. But overall, an excellent hotel which includes breakfast, fika and dinner!!"
"This is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the centre of Lund. The rooms are a little old fashioned but thats part of its charm. They have all the conveniences required for one or two nights stay. Breakfast is included and has quite a bit of variety given the size of the hotel and the space available. It could get quite crowded at breakfast but I was able to eat upstairs in the lobby or outside. The roof terrace is just lovely and I enjoyed sitting out there on my first night, reading a book and watching the sun set. On my second day I booked the relax area to use the sauna and was pleasantly surprised that it had great availability and was not expensive. I was actually given free access to it after the lift had broken down and I was the person who pointed out to reception that it was not working. I didn't find this out until I went to pick up the key for it so that was a lovely gesture from the hotel. The sauna was fantastic and I loved having exclusive use of it! If I ever return to Lund, this hotel would be my first choice."
"Its location is perfect. About 10-15 minutes to Malmo Central Train Station. There are a couple of grocery stores right next door, and I was able to buy fruits and food that I needed for the day. "
"We particularly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team. Also the availability of the downstairs sitting area (and tea) throughout the day. Location was excellent for our needs."
"Very nice room - well equiped with fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave.
Close to everything! Walkable distance to the train station.
Staff very friendly, great service!
"
"This was a wonderful experience. The pool vibe was fun and unexpected. It had very few tourists, which was a nice change. Most of the guests were Swedish. The amenities, pools and grounds were gorgeous. We ate dinner here which was delicious and the menu varied. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. It’s a little off the beaten path, but worth it!"
