"Right on the beach in a quiet little fishing village. Clean and comfortable. Run by the owner, Lisa, you will be made to feel welcome immediately. Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out. "

"The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need. The beach is about 10 steps away. The loungers are very comfortable. It's free of sargassum, as the personal cleans every day very early."

"Paradise and peace. We loved it at Margarita del Sol. Although, the drive from the town to the hotel, not the hotel’s fault, was really rough. Please remember to purchase food before you get there as you won’t want to leave to traverse the road back into town. Lulu is lovely and extremely kind and helpful. "

"This is paradise!! I have traveled quite a bit.. this is o e of my favorite places!! The staff were so nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. The place we stayed was wonderful. Very very clean. Ver comfortable. So much privacy and tranquility. If you are looking for a place for peace and finding yourself and or romance this is it! The beach was outstanding. The town was amazing. Delicious food and unique handmade items. We got to see a tribal dance that was out of this world. Will definitely go back. You will not find something more perfect!!! "

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the entire experience. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual state of the property. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a three-star, but I can assure you, it couldn’t be further from the truth. To start with, nothing worked in our room. The TV was completely useless, and the internet was nonexistent. We reached out for assistance multiple times, but despite our efforts, no one was available to help us. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when you're paying for a service that is clearly not being delivered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. There are plenty of other options out there—do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. "

"A Magical Christmas Getaway in Mexico with hotel Jaiba. Our stay here in Mexico over Christmas was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, festive decorations, and an unmistakable air of holiday cheer. The hotel was beautifully adorned with twinkling lights, poinsettias, and a grand Christmas tree that instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The accommodations were impeccable—our room was spacious, tastefully decorated with motivational quotes and art from the staff. We hired bikes and did our laundry both of which were easy to book via the lovely staff at reception. One big highlight for us was after asking about how to get to our next destination reception called ahead for us at the bus station and made sure we were booked on for the only bus leaving that day and even booking a taxi for us early morning. Just went above and beyond which is what you want on holiday at Xmas. The hotel is a lil out of the way but it's sooo cheap to get into town and grab a taxi on the main road. It's also very flat so bikes were a great addition to our stay. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine kindness made our stay truly lovely and the dogs and cats just made it all that more wonderful to stay. "

"My wife and I stayed here for a week. We really liked Anna, the manager, but otherwise our stay was terrible. Every night there was a strange man lying in the hammock for our cabana which was about 10 feet from the front door. He would never say hi and he would constantly smoke, which would go through the windows and into our cabana. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke so this was very frustrating. It would have been nice to actually use the hammock that was there for us. Also, if you want a good night rest DO NOT stay here! It was so loud. There was a dog that belonged to one of the staff members, and it would bark all night long. Not only that, there was a rooster chicken that would crow all night long. We got very little sleep the entire time we were here. There are also a lot of bugs in the cabana-mosquitoes, gnats, and cockroaches. The bugs didn’t bother us near as much as the creepy man out front and the extremely loud noises at night. "
