"Hotel was very clean, very nice and the staff were terrific! Pool was a nice temperature and clean. The elevators were quick with the lobby in close proximity. Breakfast options were good with everything you needed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I booked through hotels.com and my credit card was charged when I booked. However, when I arrived at hotel, they had no record of payment from hotels.com. Krisanne, desk manager, was AWESOME. After a lot of effort on her part, she was able to contact the right organization and get what she needed to confirm the payment. And she was very nice about it and extremely helpful when none of it was her fault. THANK YOU Krisanne!!"

"Staff was very accommodating. Couldn't figure out how to operate the television so the clerk offered to come down and show me. In the meanwhile, he changed the batteries in the remote for me, and problem solved. Appreciated his effort/offer to resolve my issue."

"Overnight stay when we went to a concert at local casino. They are under construction but honestly everything was great. Breakfast good with many choices but there was no juice. I used exercise room and it was nice. I did not use pool. Room was clean and quiet. "
