Their thoughtful assistance made all the difference in making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The grounds and rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the rooms on the second floor, which offered a spectacular view of a nearby waterfall — beautifully lit at night, creating a magical atmosphere. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the strong water pressure in the showers — something that had been lacking in other places we stayed in Ecuador.
