"The unit (2) was filthy and in desperate need of a refurbishment.
The worst thing was the filthy bathroom. I think they missed it when cleaning the unit as the shower and toilet were both dirty. The toilet still had faeces under the seat. Shower had black mould, soap scum and spider webs. No hot water or water pressure so were unable to shower.
The sheets had stains, obviously not commercially cleaned. Curtains were dirty. Had been repainted at some stage but was just slapped on over...
