It's a brand new hotel, but still a budget hotel.
The staff whilst are lovely and friendly are so clueless as to what is going on.
You walk into a grand entrance with an automated grand piano then it's all downhill from there.
There are no credit card facilities, and then are empty show rooms just doing nothing. Presumably waiting to get fitted.
To get to the pool, you need to walk through the dining area, ask the wait staff for beach towels and then...

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"The Luks Lofts seems like a great idea. 2 bedrooms, jet pool, modern technology. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. The jet pool is freezing cold. The complex technology is difficult to use and prone to failure. Worst of all, we didn't have reliable hot water for 2 days, despite staff attempting to fix it three times. Not being able to have a hot shower is unacceptable given the price I paid. The staff acted like this was a common occurrence, so i would steer clear of this place. Definitely not...

"Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city."
