"The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. "

"My family arrived at 8pm only to be greeted with a shocked look and being told that they did not have our 2 room booking. We were then asked to squeeze into a single unit, with the promise that the next night would as per our booking.
The next night, it seemed they sold our room to another guest and proposed we squeeze into the single room again.
We insisted on getting a new room and they (somehow magically) managed to clear one for us.
Poor service.
