"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village.
So the hotel was nearest to them.
The staff and facilities were good.
The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country.
The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday.
Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...

"I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....

"Not the best of experiences. The receptionist was very pleasant but after that it was very disappointing. We were taken to a room that was not in the main part of the hotel. It smelt of a mixture of damp and a strange air freshener. The bed linen was very old and had holes in it although the bed was reasonably comfortable. Thee was a bizarre kitchen / bar area. There was a noisy fridge with wires dangled around. The attached photo’s give an idea of the quality of the accommodation. "

Food in the restaurant was worse we had this whole trip. Got GT and aperol spritz. Both flat no bubbles.
Hotel has a cigar and rum bar attached to it.
Absolute GEM!!!
The waiter was very knowledgeable. Did a custom rum tasting for us. Would definitely come back to this bar. "

"Flexibel met inchecken, ik had twaalf uur aangegeven, maar was ruim een half uur te laat ivm trein vertraging en verdwalen. Was geen probleem, en kreeg ook nog een drankje van het huis, wellicht vanwege zilver niveau. Ook nog eens erg leuke vrouw bij de receptie.
Ik was er vanwege het EK onder 21, stadion lag op loopafstand."
