We were a little leery of what we got ourselves into but once we met the proprietor and talked with him we were at ease. We had a fantastic evening in his dining room with some amazing food and wine! The rooms were small but we only needed to sleep after 13 hours of riding on motorcycles. The buildings are unique and felt like we were in old world France. Very restful for the 3 of us!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aquamer. Our first two nights were in a king Seaview room which was very nice. Our last night we moved to smaller queen room. It was much smaller but was still very nice. We enjoyed sitting out front off the kitchen area with great views of the water. We walked a cycle/walking trail up to the lighthouse right across the street. We golfed just minutes down the road. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable and both rooms were very clean. Carleton sur mer is a very nice place and we would definitely book again with Hotel Aquamer. "
