The young man at the front desk (who was very helpful during my entire stay, and also helped out with daily breakfast buffet) turned the water back on, which led to water seeping up thru the bathroom floor tiles. They really didn't have to do any of these, and I am really grateful for their kindness and assistance. We may not have had a full stay there, but it was definitely one of the most memorable ones for sure. If we have a chance to come back, we will stay at this hotel for sure. For us, it's a very easy decision."

"This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature outside! We weren’t offered a heater but didn’t ask for one either. All in all I would stay here again "
