"The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show. The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!! The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep. I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!! "

"Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day. A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms. Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad. Thank you to all the kind staff members for a memorable stay."

"Aziza and Mohamed were the most doting and gracious hosts, my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I cannot recommend Riad Saba enough. You are a 2 minute walk from all of the shops in the Medina, with delicious food and noteworthy restaurant options around. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We were floored by the level of service, attention to detail and Moroccan hospitality. We will definitely visit again and rest assured, will be staying at Riad Saba."

"Lovely welcome. Staff so friendly. A beautiful Riad and huge perfectly decorated bedrooms . The whole hotel was so picturesque and beautiful , the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Pool was lovely . Such a nice relaxing atmosphere . Staff could not do enough for us , they were fabulous . I would definitely recommend this homely hotel . The only criticism would be there is not any air conditioning where you eat breakfast & dinner and in the seating areas so we tried not to spend much time their as was very hot , "

We have travelled the world extensively and as a 54 year old man I have never been to a hotel like this and considering we like to travel luxuriously this place is a standout. "I had a really nice stay. The facilities were very clean, on site dining was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would consider coming back just based on the breakfast buffet alone. My room was beautiful and cozy-- it seems like I got one of the updated rooms. There was quite a bit of construction on the grounds and also on the floor I was staying but it did not bother me nor affect my stay too much. There was some noise and a minimal debris here and there, but again it wasn't enough to make me complain. I am a bit more understanding than the average consumer -- so that might be something that would bother someone else. The hotel is already nice so I imagine whatever they are doing will make the hotel better for future stays. "

"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "

"This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the price, served on the beautiful rooftop. The location was superb - with the main sites all within a 20 minute or less walk of the riad. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! It gets two thumbs up from me!"

We had an issue with ants or some tiny bugs in our bathroom (also almost 40° C weather) and they made sure to take care of it and make sure we were comfortable. "Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"
