"I went there on a windy day and the pools outside were too exposed, it was unpleasant to use them, though later at night the wind subsided and I enjoyed one of the thermal pools. The smallest pool's water was extremley hot at night and I was unable to use it.

Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."

"Arrived at the property to be told I need to call and find out what room I’m in, I tried too but no joy so eventually the staff helped they phoned and got my room number then had to go back down to get the key code.
I booked with Expedia and not had this issue before.
I went to the bar the next night no one was there asked the ladies on the desk they said he’s around somewhere but I don’t no where so I went back to my room didn’t bother having a drink.
