"Terrible place that needed major updates 20 years ago. Pictures are lis-representative: place is old and rundown. Association stickers and plaques are all waaaaaay out of date. Counter guy does not understand French or English very well which slows down the registration process immensely. Don't do it, look for something else..."

"Contacted property to cancel after arriving to a dark room with cobwebs and spiders not only across doors but ever wall in room and not sure but more crawly bugs on the floor, the room smelled bad like dirt and must mixed there was human hair on countertop in bathroom and dog hair on the blankets definitely not able to stay with COPD
Property said we had to cancel through hotels .com who we explained the situation and the rep emailed requesting refund still have heard nothing definitely angry...
