The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing!

As a welcome gesture, we were treated to champagne, and for lunch we went to a local restaurant located on the hotel’s ground floor. We are very pleased. "What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all those mentioned? The friendly and helpful staff! Don't miss this if you're in Brno. I won't hesitate to stay there again if I revisit Brno."

It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that.
