"We had a great time, only quibble is check in was 1500. We had to wait to 1630. With no offer of a complementary drink, we just sat and waited in the lobby. Then we had to ask when our room was ready! Not cool for a booked 2 x suit top of the shelf rooms - the rooms were amazing worth the wait. Reception just need to work on their hospitality, respectfully. "

"This is a really great hotel in a quiet area just outside of central Dam and easily accessible by train directly from the Central Station. The security guy was really nice, and we felt very safe in the area. The beds are new and super comfortable, and the rooms are quiet and clean. Didn't try the restaurant, but walked into Zaan Dam for breakfast at Lagom, which is just a few minutes away from the hotel. That said all the food looked very good. When we go back to Amsterdam, this hotel will be on our radar for sure."

"The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room. "

"I highly recommend this property. Huge rooms for Europe and right next to Zandaam train to Amsterdam. There's also groceries in the same parking lot which saved us tons of money. Really happy with our stay. "

"It was my first time using digital passkey so it was a little confusing but nice way of going in and out. The room was clean and subtle. Bathroom was really nice. We came late night it would have been nice to have free bottled water In the fridges just like the complementary tea/coffee is provided as the places.around the area is closed. Other than that, really nice. I didn’t like the pillow, it was too high, I’m not sure why it was so high and small. The room also has a controllable AC. We left the place and came back at night and our beds were redone and it was really nice. "

"Et rigtig dejligt hotel i highend klassen med god luksus for pengene. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, med live cooking og et godt udvalg af div. Der manglede dog sukkerfri produkter til folk med diabetes, men der var et mindre udvalg glutenfri produkter. Der ud over kan nævnes at der er ca 35. Min. Gang til den gamle bydel og havnen i Hoorn, hvor der findes mange hyggelige værtshuse med rigtig god stemning og mulighde for en øl og en en bid mad Alt i alt et dejligt ophold kan varmt anbefales."
