"Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day. A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms. Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad. Thank you to all the kind staff members for a memorable stay."

"Lovely welcome. Staff so friendly. A beautiful Riad and huge perfectly decorated bedrooms . The whole hotel was so picturesque and beautiful , the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Pool was lovely . Such a nice relaxing atmosphere . Staff could not do enough for us , they were fabulous . I would definitely recommend this homely hotel . The only criticism would be there is not any air conditioning where you eat breakfast & dinner and in the seating areas so we tried not to spend much time their as was very hot , "

"I had a really nice stay. The facilities were very clean, on site dining was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would consider coming back just based on the breakfast buffet alone. My room was beautiful and cozy-- it seems like I got one of the updated rooms. There was quite a bit of construction on the grounds and also on the floor I was staying but it did not bother me nor affect my stay too much. There was some noise and a minimal debris here and there, but again it wasn't enough to make me complain. I am a bit more understanding than the average consumer -- so that might be something that would bother someone else. The hotel is already nice so I imagine whatever they are doing will make the hotel better for future stays. "

"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "

"This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the price, served on the beautiful rooftop. The location was superb - with the main sites all within a 20 minute or less walk of the riad. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! It gets two thumbs up from me!"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff was so hospitable and lovely. Everyone was kind, helpful and competent. We had an issue with ants or some tiny bugs in our bathroom (also almost 40° C weather) and they made sure to take care of it and make sure we were comfortable. "Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"

"Hotel was noisy at night with Club music until 4am ,reception staff are moody and not helpful. I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was told to wait 15mins as another couple were checkin and completing their paperwork. Found this very rude and unprofessional. "
