Had awful problem getting the money i paid to Hotels.com to pay the hotel. Was able to get part paid and i had to pay the rest. Hotels.com owes me money. The room I stayed in needs a full upgrade but overall it was a good stay no complaints other than the bugs . Front desk was wonderful helped me jump my car battery and very friendly I’ll be back to Boone because of the staff and will try a solo cabin next time "

"Beautiful place with beautiful scenery. Everything was tidy on arrival. Loved how close we were to everything. The staff were great and helpful. Enjoyed the cute little touches. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Two small things were the faucets in the bathroom were hard for the kids to turn off and some maintenance on the building on our last day surprised us with men on the outside of the balcony 😅"
