We were taking our youngest 2 granddaughters to the Zoo for the first time and he was just so helpful with different suggestions. "The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with our door not latching, so we couldn't leave our room. The lady at the desk was so nice and went and attempted to help us with it. No e of us were able to make it function, so she gladly made arrangements to find us another room we could stay in for the night! Both rooms we were in were spotless!! All linens were perfect, beds were great, floors were spotless, fridge, microwave, etc. I will stay here again. The outside was very clean as well and the breakfast area was good as well. "
