The staff in Chattanooga made my experience a completely different experience and I’m very satisfied for me and my family. I wish I knew the ladies name who checked us in she needs a raise!! The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, with a colorful and welcoming atmosphere. The elevators were unfortunately out of order during my stay, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with a 3rd-floor room instead of the 5th, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the blankets — soft and cozy, not the stiff, papery kind you sometimes find in hotels.
While there were some homeless individuals in the area, I never felt unsafe walking around. All in all, a good experience with attentive service and a great stay.

The hotel was very clean, sheets smelled so fresh!! Bed was comfortable. Room was cozy and a lot of room.

"This property was pretty amazing for the price! The breakfast was delicious and pretty good considering the price for the room. They had eggs every morning and some type of meat biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had your usuals like cereal and waffles and breads toast and bagels. The pool water was a little cold but that was really about the only bad thing about my stay."
"The hospitality given by Raushan was the absolute best!!! My room was.cute, clean and comfortable. My bed was a dream to sleep on. I was glad the room had a nice microwave and refrigerator. I would stay again."
