"The room was clean, however did have a bit of a musty smell. It is definitely dated a bit, but overall it is still a great motel especially for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Perfect stay for a quick little trip"

"It was a great location for a decent price. They were training a new employee at check-in and it all went smoothly! The room could have been a little cleaner - fuzz on the floor stuck to my feet. The suite was wonderfully equipped with a full fridge! "

The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.

The toilet and sink grossing flirty. I could not sit on the toilet seat, afraid of getting toilet infections.
I reported the dirts after I checked into the room but was informed the cleaner was closed for the day.
The telephone listed on the website is out of service. The phone box in the bedroom is faulty and will only work after twisting the cord behind the box. "

Upon pulling up to the entrance closest to our room there were several people with small bbq grills outside on the sidewalk. One had an electrical cord extending back into the hotel entrance which did not allow the entrqnce door to close. "Lots of construction workers staying here and hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The phone in our room kept ringing for no apparent reason and waking us up but no one on the other end of the line. Our room smelled like they had been trying to be covered up. Thank God, the bed was comfortable."
