"Hotel room was very roomy. It was the king with the couch. Lots of floor space. Large tv, however it didn't have a channel guide, so I spent forever trying to find something. It did have a really nice tv. Property was very nice and clean. Pool ladder was missing the bottom step and the top step was missing a bolt on one side so it wasn't much use. Could be a safety issue. Tre hotel is near railroad tracks that are fairly busy and it was very noticeable in the room we had. Didn't notice any noise from the hotel though. Nice breakfast area and they had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereal, pastries and other items. i would stay there again. "

There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. "I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol"

Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!"
