"Vi overnattede 2 voksne og 2 børn på et fint værelse med to rum, hvor der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge . Hotellet er fint når man bare skal overnatte. Tjek-ud er meget nemt da man bare efter nogle kortet på værelset.
Vi blev taget imod af en meget sød dame i receptionen.
Hotellets ligger tæt på motorvejen, men ikke så tæt at det er genererende. Der er flere muligheder for at spise i nærheden.
Det er et stort plus at man kan tjekke ind helt til midnat. "

Well - old is true. And worn down is semi true on a few things like the windows and carpets. BUT!
Travelling more than 100 days a year, I have rearly visited a hotel with this amount of charme!
They truly keep this in the 60’s style. It is amazing - like a small German time machine going back to those times. And the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

Spa services were not as advertised, and had to be booked an hour in advance, and were not the same hours as listed - closing at 6PM instead of 9PM, with massage having to be booked even further in advance.
