Classically styled, but well-appointed with a huge, comfortable bed and a quartet of very luxurious pillows and a generously sized room.
Staff are lovely, and the whole hotel is about 7 or 8 minutes drive from the Swiss border crossing and very convenient for Neuchatel.
Lovely views out over the nearby lake and Villers-le-Lac and very tranquil too."

"I wouldn't advise anyone to book there. They will let you book, even when they know that by the time you get there, there will be a strike and the trip won't be possible. I was blocked by a strike that people told me occurs every year. I explained that to them, they didn't care. They took the whole amount from my credit card. Greedy people. Don't book with them. They're also very rude on the phone."
