"This hotel has restored our faith in Best Western hotels! It has everything you want from an excellent hotel - great staff, comfortable rooms and a super breakfast. Additionally, there is free parking (on a first-come, first served basis) and it is close to the autoroute but very quiet.
We were allocated a room in the annex and our room's blackout was excellent. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was hugely tasty and not too expensive for the Mulhouse/Colmar region.

"Very poor service, uncomfortable room, AC will not work if not summer even in warm and hot days, Mosquitos will not let you sleep.
We stayed there for 3 nights, on the first night they gave us room 35, in this room the ceiling was low, my wife and I got many hit on the head as we tried to raise our head from the bed, you can hardly stand in the sower and be careful when standing near the sink and the toilet.
Stay away and choose another hotel."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
