Senoma Hotel - Adult only
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful and relaxed. Great restaurant on site with excellent service. Close enough to the party hostels you still hear noise, but still was a 5 star stay."
"Lovely hostel in Huacachina, though it felt more like a hotel. The entire town is loud, but this felt like the least loud option. Ha! Simple, but lovely, clean, new rooms. Happy with our choice and would stay again!"
"Great property for what it’s intended for. We used it as a temporary same day holding area and to shower after taking a dune buggy excursion. Worked out great for us and provided a little input to the local economy. Nice and clean, definitely recommend."
"What a little gem. Very clean. Staff is fantastic. Area is super quiet. Prices is very reasonable. Love the place. I’m surprised more people weren’t staying here."
"Beautiful hotel with a very family-friendly atmosphere. An incredible breakfast and everything very clean. The best thing is that it's very close to the park and the city center. Definitely very central. But it would be nice to improve the rooms, especially for North American travelers who enjoy coffee, refrigerators, and microwaves. But in general all is great."
"This is one of the most unique stays I have ever had if you are looking for luxury and something different I would highly recommend this option. Just beware there is an early wake up to go back to camp and if you eat a lot order a second meal in advance or bring snacks. Highly recommend this place will come back if I am ever in Peru."
"Huacachina is an amazing place. Mostly hostels but the DM Mossone looked to be a higher quality. Easy check in and beautiful gardens in the central courtyard. Our room was a really good size with a huge comfortable bed. The resort is lively and we could hear a lot of partying from adjacent hostels. Despite this had a good night sleep and the breakfast started at 06.00 so we were able to eat before our pick ip to Nazca at 06.45. The breakfast was buffet but had a good selection of fruit, cereals breads and scrambled eggs. We did have a quick swim in the pool which was a good size and lovely and quiet."
"Off the main road serene property gated community. Green areas all around. Friendly staff, convenient transportation. Restaurant on site and a pool to relax.
Definitely enjoyed my stay"
"Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus.
It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit."
"Very nice hotel just down the road from Las Dunas but at half the price. It is in a safe area with friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was a little basic without bottled water, fridge or tea/coffee facilities but was large and air conditioning worked very well.
Decent mini-Market is 15 minute's walk away for in room snacks.
Nice bar area where they also serve food from 1300 to 2200 and we ate there every day. Service also continued through a rain-storm where most employees were out with their mops and brooms trying to control the flow of water.
Overall, a very pleasant 3 days were had there and would recommend. One lady spoke very good English. With other staff it was broken Spanish/English between us with gestures - all taken in good humour. "
"The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia. "
"This was an incredible stay while we visited Huacachina Oasis which was only 30 minutes away. The room was clean and spacious with a huge shower. We had a walk out patio that overlooked one of the swimming pools which was beautiful. The service was beyond exceptional! What ever we needed was delivered immediately and with a smile. The breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully kept. And bonus, loved visiting the llamas. We only stayed here 2 nights, but I wish we could have stayed much longer. I highly recommend this property when visiting Ica."
