"The hotel is a fantastic place to stop when working in Inverness. My two very slight criticisms are that the climate control in the rooms is super bright and being light sensitive, i found it disrupted my sleep. For the size of the hotel and the dact they have an on site Spa, the gym could be a bit better equipped. Other than that, the hotel, food and drink were excellent. "

"Excellent service and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and kind! The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel."

"The hotel itself was great. We had thought there was a restaurant available for dinner but apparently there was not which was kind of a bummer after driving from Inverness and stopping at Balmoral Castle we didn't really want to go anywhere for dinner. The rooms were really big which was really nice. We stayed a lot of places so I can't really remember the bed comfort so I don't want to mislead anyone on that but they were by far the largest bed that we had and the pillows were comfortable. We couldn't find the area for breakfast although we didn't look all that hard since we didn't pay to have it included with our stay. It's not super close to the city center so it's quiet and it's a bit of a walk to get to City Center. But if you're looking for quiet this is the place. All in all it was a good stay and we'd probably go back."

"Lovely building. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was very good. Grounds are pretty. Really busy main road to cross and not an easy entrance to spot in fast moving traffic."

"Everything was great except the service at Dinner. We barely saw our server and had to ask for her after waiting 20+ minutes to order dessert. Everything else about the staff and hotel was great. Very interesting place. "

"Great home. Loved that there was a washer dryer albeit super slow. Area around was beautiful. Went for a run and it was gorgeous morning. Food was good and they were very accommodating with kids needs. "

"When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge! The whole experience was lifted to the next level by the excellent 5 star service we received from start to finish. The gentleman running the hotel was wonderful at explaining sights in the area, booking a restaurant, and giving us some great explanations about local whiskeys and how to appreciate whiskey for first-timers. The hotel felt very premium yet still cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very good for a 3 star hotel, we had loch view rooms with an unbeatable view. Breakfast was also excellent, with large buffet selection, plus cooked to order hot breakfast or pancakes. And fab coffee. Staff were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great stay. "
