The manager is surly, changed prices while we were standing there, the rooms had clearly been smoking rooms and they tried to mask the smell with something, and had not had the sheets changed in quite a while. We refused to stay and they agreed to refund our fees without a cancellation fee. Thats how bad it was"

"This is a very nice hotel with a good hot breakfast and helpful staff. We were visiting Seattle during our stay, and it was easy to drive into downtown from this location. The rooms are large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!"
"The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle that comes every hour (if you call them) which we took advantage of. We used it to go from the hotel to the airport to catch the light rail into downtown then had them pick us up. It will also drop you and pick you up from the mall that that is about 2 miles away where there are a lot of restaurants. It would be nice if the shuttle would run every 1/2 hour instead of an hour, but it’s better than nothing.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was much better than expected for the size of the hotel. "
