The staff at least in my experience were so friendly, respectful, polite, and genuinely kind + caring. Every staff members top priority and concern I encountered at least or was around/spoke to always was about how they could help guests with any and everything they could if they were not already doing so. Such as making sure guests were informed about events around town happening, local business deals available to you if you had booked through the hotel or other deals the daily open-close hours for the 2 in house restaurants that are available same level as the lobby. I did find it off putting that everything (almost) was in the casino (restaurants, bars etc) with people smoking it wasn’t nice. I did find the rooftop bar which offers fantastic food, service and views. Will definitely stay again. I also won $50 on roulette which always helps. "
