"Just okay, area around the place is run-down. Hotel is showing age, smelled like pot in many areas, elevator smelled like old oil and rubber, very unpleasant. Bathroom in lobby was not clean. Room itself was clean and pleasant, staff was nice. Overall average stay for the money, neighborhood was a little rough. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. "

"The hotel and staff were absolutely delightful. Everyone that my wife and I talked to was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The very nice lady that checked me in was brand new so she didn't know the answer to several of my questions but didn't hesitate to find out for me. The room was very nice. Nothing special but it was very clean, smelled good and was spacious with a nice refrigerator and microwave. The provided breakfast was WAAYYYY better than anyone could expect, especially for the room price. The area around the hotel was mostly industrial warehouses and manufacturing businesses so there wasn't anything to walk to or eat close by but there was plenty to do within a short driving range. We stayed here because of the low room fee and it was a short drive to The Fort Worth Stockyards. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the Fort Worth area."
