"The hotel was disgusting. There were stains on the bedding. The bathtub was dirty and the drain was clogged with hair. They took our towels when they cleaned the room but didn’t leave any clean ones.
The service was terrible. The pool closes at 10 o’clock and when we went to the pool at 9 o’clock, the front desk clerk was there with some of her friends and told us the pool was closed. Ridiculous place!"

"This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever. "

But I left by 8:30 PM after checking in, getting food, coming back and seeing the pathetic excuse for cleanliness. No refund. I ended up sleeping in my truck on my jobsite and paying for the room.
