"Awful, the key card wasn't working, so we had to go to the reception (at the other hotel) to ask for another one (all happening at 1am in the morning), the duvet cover was burned (from a cigarette I guess), the pillows are not really pillows, and in the bathroom there was 1 toilet paper roll already used. There is a good selection of places to have an evening meal within walking distance from the hotel, but the area around the hotel is very quiet. Everywhere was very clean and well looked after. "

"I'm in a wheelchair. The pavements in the immediate area were uneven. Building works restricterd the available width. Beggars sitting on the pavements left limited room to pass.
Breakfast foods ran out quickly and were slow to be refilled/replaced.
Otherwise a truly excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone."
