One had to pick up her child and there was noone available to clean the bathroom. I was given the cleaning solution, gloves, and a towel by the front desk staff. "

Some kids came and interrupted our checkin process. The desk clerk prioitized them over us. They dripped water all over the lobby floor making it slippery. "
