"The rooms in the lodge are really nice! Was expecting something more worn/rustic and was pleasantly surprised. Continental breakfast was really pared down... we chose to pay for the pancake breakfast in the tent. Pool near the lodge and hot tub are heated, great on cold nights. Only a 10 minute drive to the Mount Rushmore entrance and Keystone came in handy b/c the weather wasn't great during our stay and we had to stop multiple times at Mount Rushmore before the fog/mist cleared."

" My wife and I stayed one night on our trip to see Mt. Rushmore.
I highly recommend this place. You can see the Mountain from the hotel! The restaurant has good food with a view on the porch. I wish breakfast had been open a little longer. "
"Not what you expect in a chain motel these days. Everything, always clean. Everything maintained. Rooms cleaned daily, new bedding and towels daily. Friendly staff - a good place to stay right along the main drag in Hill City."
"We were very happy with our stay! Parking was not great, but the hotel was clean, they also offered coffee and muffins for breakfast! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the great stay!"
"Initially thought the location of the cabins was a little odd, but when got in and saw views it was wonderful. Woke up and went to sleep to deer playing in the fields each day we were there "
"The grounds were very well kept and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was a great option as well. We loved the location and would stay again if we were in the area!"
"We had a room with 2 beds and it was a very large room! Not crowded at all. Pillows were amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the sink/large vanity area separate from the toilet/tub-shower. Clean. Breakfast was a "grab-n-go" bag. We loved that....came with a large water, choice of granola bar, large muffin or danish, peanut butter crackers or Goldfish crackers, fruit cup & orange juice! Plenty to keep you going until lunch. Staff were all super nice. If we ever needed anything we just asked the front desk. Steps away from lots of eateries/shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
