"We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. When we arrived we paid for a room with a view and they mistakenly put us into the wrong room. They were quick to resolve this issue and gave us an upgraded room. We loved the room so much! It was spacious and cozy! The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room layout was really nice! The view was beautiful, and the construction sounds didn’t bother us at all. (Never heard them)
The building was very secure and safe which was fantastic. The elevators were incredibly smooth, you could hardly feel them moving!
The staff was so kind and friendly / helpful. The location was really good for walking around the city.
Our only complaints would be, the mini fridge isn’t very cold at all, so for people who like to buy food from a grocery store and bring it to the hotel to store, definitely not the greatest. Finally, the parking situation was not great. Only having the option of valet and it being so pricy is really difficult when you’re on a bit of a budget. We did find really cheap and safe parking less than a 5 minute walk away. (Which we ended up doing instead - it cost around $25 for three days total)

"This property is lovely. The staff are exceptional and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean, and parking is free. The hotel is a very short walk to Lac Leamy Casino (5 minutes), If you are looking for some snacks or a liquor store, there is a plaza across the street. There is a lovely park that has a beach, paddleboarding, cliff jumping, or if you would like to go for a hike. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. The new thing at the hotel is that they now serve dinner on certain weeknights. The weight room and pool are lovely. We really enjoy staying at this property.

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very nicely looking, the rooms were nice. We had some bugs in the room (bathroom) but this is understandable with the forest right around the corner. The pool & jacuzzi were nice, during our stay they were pretty empty so that was nice.
My primary complain would be parking. There is parking near the hotel and I swear that Bull wasn’t guests. So parking under some bushes god knows where wasn’t cool.
Otherwise everything else was fine. The TV has channels but stuff like music whatever were glitchy / buffering. Didn’t use WiFi, not sure if there was one as it was never brought up, but we weren’t there for TV or WiFi just sharing experience.
The bars in the town are very nice. I would suggest going to places where people are, the nearby coffee place while pricey was super good.
Overall we had great time. The rooms where clean other then having to kill bugs but again forest nearby so kind of a given."
"Perfectly situated for the price. Family of 3 kids (11,9 and 5) and the double bed room with sofa bed was perfect. We brought a camping mattress fod the 3rd kid. The pool and hot tub was great too. "
