"We stayed 2 nights in the red rock area in a tent without a bathroom. I loved how clean our communal bathrooms were most of the time and they were conveniently close by. The beds were very comfortable, just wish it had larger pillows and blankets as they both were a bit small, especially when sharing the blanket. The kids loved the bunk bed and to be able to have their own area. So many dishes and utensils were provided, even a can opener and corkscrew. We did have to haul our dishes to the bath...

"We had an average room. Bed was firm but comfortable enough. Carpets were sticky dirty enough that I chose to wear shoes. The bottoms of my feet were dirty to the point they left muddy footprints on the damp bathroom floor. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on. The rest was normal-ok. Breakfast was ok."

"Recently we went to Rancho Cucamonga CA for a family birthday and stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
Conviently located near the main shopping and dining locations; the friendly and helpful staff gave us a choice of room locations and I noticed a pet water bowl in the very welcoming lobby.
Our room was very spacious and offered the usual amenities and a full- range of cable stations.
A hot breakfast was included daily and coffee and cookies were available in the lobby as well as a store offering snacks and sundries.
A Spaghetti Factory located close to the hotel offered a great lunch shortly after our arrival and the abundant grocery, dining, and shopping options nearby provided us with everything we needed.
The staff checked in a few times via text to ensure that our needs were met and I wished we had time to take advantage of the pool and gym the hotel offered. Our trip was just a short viait but we would eagerly return to the locale when we are back in town as the service and amenities surpassed our expectations.
