"The photos were definitely misleading. Our room and bathroom had spider webs everywhere, the bedding smelled like sweat, and one of the showers even had a construction hole. It felt like the cleaning was just the bare minimum. I don't recommend staying here!

"The location is wonderful, right by Arrowhead Village where there are lots of restaurants/shopping and a huge grocery store. The tub in our room (Custer) was gigantic and amazing, made the whole trip worth it even though we got caught in a winter storm."

"The room was very clean except the couch was stained. Comfortable beds with large kitchen and living room. We stayed it Room #5 which was a suite. Walking distance to town. The hotel was a little run down but a good bargain for the price."

"Lots of space with a separate living room and full service kitchen. Amenities around the site include a nice pool, a gazebo with a fire pit and BBQ grills and trees everywhere."

"Great value for the hotel and located in an area that’s a balance between busy and calm. However, they need to disclose upfront that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast on the websites they promote on. Wasn’t made aware of this until on-site and reading a sign that the hotel didn’t offer breakfast."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. We had no electricity for almost 2 days. Couldn’t shower couldn’t use the kitchen. Couldn’t use anything. Water was cold in the bathroom. The bed stinks so badly very uncomfortable. I would never ever go back there again."

"Fun stay for a larger group. Not much to do on the property outside the cabin's Parks and attractions not far, away. Exiting the property can take some patience cars do pass by fairly quickly. "

"We enjoyed a 3 day family getaway and returned home today. There were many updates to the property and it was quiet around us. The lake was very close, we used the gas bar b q and firepit and picnic table with pretty view of the lake. Ty we will return "
"Check in was quick, the rooms are perfectly what you would expect in a mountain town, clean, great views, everything is walking distance. This is right by the village and there was so much to do, so many shops, places to eat, places to drink, tattoo shops, we did it all. "
