"This is a small nice hotel, knowing that this is a small town and there are not many options I would say this is the best place to stay, there is AC the place is clean, the staff is nice, and I felt really safe as well! Would recommend it for a stay in Arandas "

"This place needs a makeover and a new administration. The shower was disgusting. We found a soap on the floor from previous guests and it stinks, had mould. Just gross. We arrive in the evening with no other option but to stay. "

"The hotel was aweful, no parking and no hot water. No elevators to climb 3 stories. It smelled moldy and the shower walls were dirty. Please don't recommend thisplace. The Hacienda hotel and the santa barbara hotel are the best in the town of Arandas, Jalisco."

"Pros: Easy check in, elevator access to rooms, excellent showers (heat and pressure). Parking included in reservation, rooms refreshed daily, polite cleaning staff. Walking distance from almost everything.
Areas of improvement: Rooms use traditional key and no 2nd internal lock within rooms for safety. No iron available. Most rooms have a window facing another room, so your blinds will need to be closed for privacy. "

"Hotel is newer and it's modern and very clean. The room was a double and was very spacious. No enclosed closet, no fridge, no microwave. It has air conditioning. It was a bit noisy since it's on the main highway and could hear noise from passing cars and music playing in the area. It has the essentials for the bathroom. We walked into the Centro and took us about 10 minutes.
We only stayed one night but it was comfy and restful. "

"Seems like the hotel is renovated so everything is very clean and new. The beds were ok. There’s no AC but they have a fan which worked perfectly for us. This hotel is walking distance from the bus stop. Very convenient location. Will definitely stay here again "

"Super central location with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Has clean rooms with AC. The only downside is the noise levels as it sits right on the square with church bells and street noise. "

"Excellent location very colonial. The service was beyond warm they make breakfast for you. They attend you like if it was your own home it feels really warm service. Me and my wife really enjoyed it. We will be planning to return.. "
"It’s really noisy, you can hear every that’s happening in hallways throughout night and day. Tawls are old and bed and pillows are hard, woke up with body aches from bed and pillows not being comfy."

"The shower at this property was dirty because open shampoo and soap bars were laying opened inside the shower fixtures and on top of the shower head. Also, it is very noisy due to the traffic from the main street. Expedia should also put a disclosure that payment must be made at the front desk and that only a reservation is made online through the website."
