"The host was kind and conversational. I was there for a funeral so they left me to my grief for which I was greatly appreciative. My only critique is the home has 6 cats and I am severly alergic to cats. They had available benedryl and claritin. I wish the cat situation was on the website."

"The Wingate was a fine hotel for me. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a bit limited, but there was hot food that was tasty. What I was most grateful for was that because we were there for two consecutive nights, we were placed on the top floor without families with small kids on either side of us. We had restful evenings both nights, even with the hotel full of young adults and small children."

There’s dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The bed was creaking everytime I move. I was alone so if you have a partner, it’s not good to have play lol😆 but yeah it was dirty. Not coming back there for sure."

"There may not be breakfast or coffee, but there is this amazing deli, literally a 30 second walk from the hotel, and not only that, there’s a Tim Horton and other foods in the shopping center right next door and they were amazing!
Bed was SUPER comfy, pillows were a little thin, but you can grab more. There’s a burner and cutting board and a microwave all in the room as well as their fridge. Will be booking again next time I’m up there!"

"Well like I said the sofa bed my son slept on needs to be renewed. It was a step up from the other Sonesta simply suites hotel I've gone to do many times their sofa beds looked like a frier and a murder happened and the treat their guess like dirt. But his Sonesta ES hotel the staff was very nice. However, I was extremely upset at the hidden fee of 150.00 deposit I had to pay that I was not aware of and I had already paid for my room. This was the second time I was hit with hidden fees that hotels.com did not have listed in the booking. I don't like that. Start mentioning hidden fees so the customer is not railroaded it going to cause people to stop using your app."
"We stayed 6 nights and had the two bedroom suite. It was perfect for our stay and was very comfortable for our family. This location is perfect because there are many shopping, convenience, and food options in walking distance. We would definitely return and stay again.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was big enough for all the guest’s vehicles and we had no concerns with theft or crime. It is a nice area where tourists would feel safe. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly fine. "
