"good for families with children - surrounded by resorts and hotels only. Long way into Monasdir-Center.
WLAN should be available in the room, not only in and near the lobby"

"Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing. "

"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant.
The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

"Worst vacation in my life. Its may be suitable for locals but not for foreign. No fridge at your room. There is a tv but may be 40 years old. Its smelling mold. If you want call reception no phone. Water sometimes strong sometimes weak. You should catch period of it. Never try again. I went yemeni, uganda, gana in africa. they were better. "

Lamta Archaeological Museum is 1 mi (1.7 km) from central Sayada, why not stop by during your stay. If you want to experience more of the culture Sayada has to offer, head to Palm Links Golf Course.
"The hotel has been recently renovated. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely nice, clean and pleasant. Our room was brand new. The facilities are fine. A few flaws (like breakfast with not much choice) but the overall feeling is positive and I would definitely recommend it. Staff has been super super friendly. The location is unbeatable, right in the hearth of Monastir, you can walk to monuments, the Medina. Restaurants are all over (also inside the hotel). The beach is really close. The swimming pool is nice. I will definitely come back. "
"Great Staff: starting at the entrance, Yassin, who goes above and beyond to make your stay extremely comfortable. His positive attitude and positive energy are just contagious. He welcomed us right away, took my luggages and even walked me to the front desk section to help with the check in and even the check out. He gave me suggestions of activities inside the hotel and who to contact if I have questions. He introduced you me to the hotel management staff when I had further questions. He was very professional. Also front desk team ( Rania, Khaled, and the intern as well « stagiaire ») were all very friendly and professional. They made the check in and check out very smooth. Heni the door man was amazing as well. Going to restaurants, great food selection, very clean and the waitresses were very friendly (Yamen, Mohamed). The hotel has tons of activities during the day and during the evening, but you can still enjoy some quiet time through the day. Rooms were very clean. Outstanding experience overall and looking forward to next vacation ! I highly recommend this hotel.

"Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings.
Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. Be mindful that this hotel is in the historic Medina - you can’t drive up to it. We had initially parked on a street 2 bocks outside the city walls. We then moved it to the gas station.
My room had a classical North African design - everything was very tasteful, if not a little quirky, which I found endearing. By quirky, e.g., you shower behind a ladder that goes to a loft in my room. My bed was very comfortable. There was a delicious fruit tray waiting for me. The A/C worked pretty well, though in general they struggle in North Africa. I was able to sleep without issue.
Breakfast was delicious. It comprised of various Tunisian treats - all fresh. We also had dinner on the rooftop and it was delicious- as well as atmospheric especially during the call to prayer as the sun set.
Dar Antonia is 5-10 min away from all the cool sights of the Medina (ribbat, mosque, archaeological museum) and steps away from shopping galore.
This place is a 10/10 and a great value in my mind. If I come to Sousse again, there is no doubt that I am staying at the Dar Antonia!"
"You need a KIBLA direction in each room and a prayer room in the lobby.we have all inclusive and we have to pay for a cup of tea,no water bottles offered in the lobby.towel service will be good, and finally you need a laundry machine in the property."
"5 stars – Perfect Birthday Getaway!
We stayed at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She loved every bit of it — from the beautiful beachfront views to the relaxing spa and luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, ideal for a romantic escape. Truly a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back!"
"Excellent stay with my family. Great service and excellent animation team. Thank you Sami ( director of front desk) and thank you Aida ( housekeeping service) for your kindness to my family and for your great service. Also great thanks to the chef and his team. Keep up the great work"
"The bungelos were extremely unique at this resort, vary spacious, nice bed and very sound proof. This is a family resort, they have alot of activities going on even into the night. The 2 pools are kinda small for the amount of people when the property is full. There is not enough lounges for everyone, got to get there early to throw your towel on some to reserve. The beach is small, not clear blue as with other resorts along the Mediterranean. Food was ample, the spaghetti lady stayed the busiest of everyone. If your early, can beat the herds of people, short and tall, and get good warm food. If your late, maybe the food is warm or overcooked. Some meat was raw, be careful. The dining room was very spacious with indoor and open seating with the view of the pool or beach. Caution, 4 star hotel but you have to get your own drinks, silverware and sometimes clean off your own table. But the staff are great, very nice and always helpful. A major plus was this property was very clean at all times. "
"The greatest place to stay in Sousse, without a doubt! Affordable, clean, super nice people/staff working there. One of the most popular places in Sousse, right at the entrance to the Medina, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, in the town center. minutes to the train, 1 minute to the bus area, etc. Mohammed at the front desk is the greatest guy you'll meet. He'll make sure you're happy and he's just a friendly, professional genuine caring person. And his English is great. Thanks so much, Mohammed! I stayed here 3 different times and can't wait to return! "
"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"
"Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort.
Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit.
Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at!
Water sports & activities great value and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Although graded a 3 star resort it has many 4 star attributes and only falls short on the little luxury's ( beach towels, mini bar, drinks quality , room size , room service & not 24hr all inclusive) not having these did not detract from our experience as a family holiday but wouldn't suit us a couples break."
"A great hotel with free underground parking, the room is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Special thanks to reception staff including Chayma, Abderrazek and Jamel . Food is decent, highly recommended."
"I have being there many times. This time i was suprice over the good food.
It’s a very nice hotel for children. Our child 2 years love the pool and the disco for children🙂. I hope we can come back again next year. "
"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests.
Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked to sousse center in 40 minutes, and then back. Lots of places to go.
Oh and the hotel organises excursions and activities for you as well. And, if this wasn't enough, they will change your foreign currency at very good rate, and has an exchange service in-house.
Great place to be! "
"Great discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...).
The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. Special mention also goes to the lifeguard in charge of the children's water slides.
We’ll definitely be back!"
"You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "
"A lovely residence in the heart of the Medina with a wonderfully welcoming and helpful host. We had a good-sized room with small sitting area and comfortable bed, traditional decorations, and an enclosed balcony overlooking the interior courtyard where breakfast was served in the morning. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and the walk in from the nearest street wasn’t bad even with the cobblestone streets. Our thanks to Aziz for making our stay so pleasant! We will be recommending this residence to family and friends."
"Very problematic. Room clean and serviceable with bed and linens. Food was the difficulty. Restaurant on ground floor was depressing dark and dreary. Food selection zero and preparation dismissal. All food overcooked, cold and tasteless. Restaurant on second floor acceptable. Though selection still limited, at least it was hot and almost satisfying."
"Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option."
"This hotel is very lgbt friendly.
I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too .
Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby .
Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel .
What’s not to like "
"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all.
Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."
