Small room with a 'pod' for the shower and toilet in the corner - but all clean and just perfect for my needs. Large shopping centre with all the usual fast food outlets 20mins walk away."

Receptionist did not seem to have our booking, did not speak any English, and it was quite a stressful check-in, thinking we may not have a room. Had booked inter-connecting rooms for 2 adults/2 children, which she seemed to have no record of!"

"This is quite an old Campanile, which hasn't been refurbished in many years. The walls (woodchip) could do with a decent clean.The rooms show signs of smoke stains too. "

"Nice clean hotel. Only room was a little small, only 18 inches either side of the twin bed, and no mini bar. Bathroom and room very modern, staff friendly, breakfast very good, good parking, quiet location. Some 5km from town, we walked there and caught bus back, bus service good. Recommend nearby restaurant La Cantina, really good meal at reasonable prices."

"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff. "

American tourists would be pleased to know that the air conditioning is excellent, and for those who have little concern for the environment, the room can be kept quite cool. Check-in and check out are quick and smooth. The personnel is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Access to the center and historical sites are minutes away on foot."

However the linens were clean and the bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good. Downside was the lack of aircon in a 30c heat. Staff lovely."
