"Beautiful facility in every way. Beth and Easter, at the front entrance, were always cordial, greeting us throughout the day. The area is very pretty with lots of little shops downtown. The park, adjacent the property, was an unexpected piece of paradise. Cycling and kayaking augmented the trip. "

"Great experience! Interesting setup with the shared kitchen etc...you get to meet people coming and going if you spend time on the main floor. Manny puts personal attention into the house and his guests, and is *very* helpful and friendly. Our specific space in the basement was roomy and the AC was cranked nice and low, bed was comfy, great lighting, heated bathroom mirror... *but* the folding couch is at the end of its life and in its current state I'd suggest it being a space for only 2 to sleep. We used the BBQ and ate in the afternoon sun on the back patio, Set up the laptop on the *amazing* leather couch in the living room to do some work, we cooked multiple meals and all the guests were respectful of our foodstuffs. Plenty of coffee to go around, water cooler in the dining room, easy check in, grocery stores/mall a couple minutes drive away, about 30 minute drive from downtown. Thanks again Manny, see you next year!"
"We had a great time! Stayed in a suite with a kitchen, I recommend bringing your own sponge and sharp knives and meal prep so you can keep it in the full sized fridge. Great hotel! "
"We loved the king room and the bed was so comfortable!! The room was very clean and well equipped, so even though we're heading east, this west location was excellent and we're glad we chose it. Restaurants and shopping all walkable, but we drove to get back quicker and enjoy the room."
"We arrived very early and check in is at 3. They told us they could accommodate us at 2pm. We had no car and were sitting outside waiting for our other guests to arrive, but the management saw us sitting outside and thought we were waiting in the heat for 2pm check-in. They actually rushed to get our room ready and came out and told us 20 minutes. What incredible service. Through our 2 night stay, the staff was so courteous and friendly and the room was so clean. The pool was probably the cleanest I have seen of any outdoor pool ever. Definately would recommend this motel. I wish we were staying longer. It was so relaxing. Chairs outside our room to enjoy the fresh air was a plus! Thank you for a great experience."
"Great old hotel.. the place is set up for weddings in "ball rooms", and where there was once a pub. The room we had was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, and we had everything we needed. There's no breakfast service in the mornings, but there are some great options nearby. The town is ideal for a stroll with cute shops, bakeries, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance, and it's a short drive to visit other towns...Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.
