I do not speak French and I was very thankful that the Lady and the Gentleman of the house where able to communicate and bring us to our Room! The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! "This hotel is on its knees. The poor quality drab furnishings were cheap when they were new in the ‘60’s.
The bedroom furniture was of the lowest quality and not even the curtains worked properly.
I should have realised that at about €100 it might be ‘cheap ’ looking, but the description gone by the Web Site persuaded me to try it. Big error. I will not trust your descriptions ever again.

"This hotel is right next to the railway station and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We registered on the hotel app choosing to be environmentally friendly and agree to not having the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there and that gave us a refund on 10 CHF. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were able to walk to all the attractions However the metro was right outside if we needed it lovely room and comfy beds. We were given a Swiss pass which gave us free travel on trains and buses. Excellent service, we will be back!"
