"We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant. We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit. Strongly recommend the place. "

"Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake. "

"The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. We were there on a very hot night in July though, and the room was very warm - it could use some fans during the hottest days. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar and sitting in the small garden area outside. There’s a nice reception area in the lobby for drinks or playing games. The whole hotel was decorated really fun and was modern with a youthful energy. I would stay again. "

"Great place to stay. 15 min walk to the old part of town. Air Condition didn’t work well so my nights weren’t relaxing at all. Not easy sleeping with no AC in 38 degree Celsius. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was in great condition, however just to note that the single room is quite small and cosy! But there's a nice wardrobe nook with plenty of space for a small suitcase and room to hang clothes. And it has a cabin-like shower room/wet room, rather than a spacious full bathroom, but it was perfectly functional, good quality and clean, with soap and shampoo provided :) I had a good stay there! Plenty of bike rental places, shops and restaurants/cafes/bakeries a short walk away, as well as the beautiful lake nearby too."
